Club Guidelines

We aim to provide a safe, fun and friendly environment to play our games in. Please can you be mindful of the following rules and guidelines when attending club sessions.

We welcome retro gamers of all ages; however, under 13s must be accompanied by an adult.

The Club will be open to facilitate Retro gaming two Sundays per month. Please see facebook group Retro Gaming Club Wirral for updates, latest news and opening times.

The Club will open its doors at 1pm and will close at 4pm. There will be a member of the club staff on the door until 2pm. The door will then be locked and no admittance will be allowed unless by prior arrangement.

The cost of admission will be £2 per person per session payable on the door on the day. Attendees are politely requested to bring the correct monetary amount if at all possible.

We are a no smoking venue. We also have a no pets policy, with Guide Dogs the only exception to this rule.

Attendees are both welcome and encouraged to bring along their own systems and games. We do have limited machines available so there may be a wait to get on them.

As we don't have any kind of retail facility, Attendees are invited to bring their own refreshments.

However, non alcoholic, please. All we ask is that the facility is respected and you clear away your rubbish at the end of the session.

Please respect the venue's property and facilities. Please report any breakages or other issues to us right away should they occur.

Above all we wish to promote a friendly and accepting atmosphere at the club. We’re all here to have fun and make friends. It should go without saying that any bullying or threatening behaviour will result in the perpetrator being banned from the club.

Police will be notified and charges will occur in the instance of any serious breaches of these guidelines, ie, damage to property, theft or assault. The club owners have a zero tolerance stance on any form of anti social or criminal behavior.
